New Evolution MyPT Hub Online PT Programmes are here!!!


Exciting news for all you Fitness enthusiasts out there.


Myself, Craig @ Evolution Fitness has revamped and relaunched my new Evolution Fitness MyPT Hub Online PT Programmes.


Previously, you may remember, I used to offer pre-programmed workouts for you to follow as well as a personalised option.


Well, the pre-programmed option is a thing of the past. I've simplified my online services and broken them down into 4 personalised options.



Female Fat Loss 12 weeks - Ideal for females looking to lose body fat and prioritise this goal.



Male Fat Loss 12 Weeks - Ideal for malrs looking to lose body fat and prioritise this goal.


These two programmes will be personalised to you preferences and will also include diet plans compiled by MyPT Hubs registered dietitians. All we need to amend is portions that will be relevant to your body weight and Basal Metabolic Rate. (BMR). These diet plans will have three options, high carbs, high fats or high protein.


If your goal is not to lose weight or perhaps you have been on the weight loss journey, got yourself to an acceptable level of body fat and want to build muscle, then we also have the following options.



Female Muscle Gain 12 Weeks - That next step in your Fitness journey.



Male Muscle Gain 12 Weeks - Sculpt your body, start to see definition and increase muscle mass to improve performance, functionality and longevity of life.
